Valentines Day

Have you made plans for the one day of the year when we celebrate love. I don’t care what some say every year about the holiday for lovers. So what if there is an industry out there making men and women go crazy. I know it can be stressful trying to figure out what you need to do to make the day/night special for that one special person in their life.

But it’s worth it, think of the look on that special person in your life’s face when you hand them that bouquet of flowers. Or that one long stem rose. Think of the memories you’re making when you look back and she/he smiles remembering how special you made them feel six months from now.

Yes celebrating a day of love is a good thing. And even if you don’t have that special person in your life right now. Call your mom or your dad and tell them how much you love them.  Or ask that single friend to go out for a drink or if they would like to watch a funny movie and order a pizza.  Make a vow that next year you both will have proper dates and if you don’t that’s ok because you have each other.

And if you are like me spending the day/night with that special someone that you love with all your heart make it count. You have two days to get to that adult toy store. Or go and get a special piece of skimpy clothing to show off your assets. The kind of outfit that he will put in his spankbank for the rest of the year.

And it doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. Go into his closet and get one of his dress shirts and a tie. Add some thigh highs or bobby socks and put on some make-up. Lipstick does wonders. How about give yourself a pedicure. or better yet have your partner give you one. Make dinner instead of going out. Going out on Valentines day for dinner is over rated anyway. Save your energy for dessert. which by the way is you.

Valentines day is to be celebrated! I for one am looking forward to it. I never know what my hubby has planned. But one thing I know for sure is that I am loved and that I will have a smile on my face the next morning.. Enjoy your day of love..
